FNMA Fannie Mae by the numbers Q2 earnings 2015 #Fanniegate FHFA $25.42 Fair market value!

Fannie Mae Q2 2015
$4.6 Billion in profits
1.158 billion shares outstanding
PE for S&P minimum 8
EPS $0.79 including 4 billion warrants. Otherwise $3.95 EPS x 4 x PE8 = $126.40 a share!

$0.79 * 4 Quarters = $3.17 EPS a year
PE 8 * $3.17 = $25.42 Fair market value of Fannie Mae shares!
Treasury is TAKING 100% now! But at most they deserve 80% according to PSPA with FHFA!
Fair market value of shares with Government taking the money they LOANED back TWICE would be $5.08.

So even in today's market FNMA should be fetching $5.08 but because of government TAKING 100% profits, FMCC trades at $2.36 Risk is in shares of being worth $0 if the USA government has its way!

Does law matter in the USA anymore? Does FMCC deserve treatment worse than the Big banks? The same Big banks that were sued for fraud and lost to the FHFA? Has Fannie or Freddie been sued by the FHFA? NO! Why not? Because Fannie and Freddie are victims of Big banks Fraudulent actions! The money the FHFA has won from these banks is directly paid to Fannie and Freddie. Why? Because Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were victims of BANKS! I cant say it enough! Is it clear yet?

Lawlessness is the precedent that is being established for all who are conservators!!
TAKE as you want, Constitution be damned!

Goldman Sachs raises its range of potential legal costs to $5.9 billion

NEW YORK (AP) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. raised the upper end of its estimate for "reasonably possible" legal expenses to $5.9 billion, according to a regulatory filing.

That is up from its prior upper estimate of $3.8 billion in May comes as the financial firm revealed in the same filing that it was discussing a potential resolution with authorities over risky mortgage-backed securities.

During the quarter, the company set aside $1.45 billion for a potential settlement. It noted in the legal filing that any resolution could result in costly penalties.

Mortgage-backed securities soured after the housing bubble burst in 2007, losing billions in value. That plunged the economy into the deepest recession since the Great Depression.

In August of 2014, Goldman Sachs agreed to a settlement worth $1.2 billion to resolve claims that it misled U.S. mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac about risky mortgage securities it sold them before the housing market collapsed in 2007. Under that settlement, Goldman paid $3.15 billion to buy back the securities from Fannie and Freddie. The settlement amount reflected the difference between what Goldman paid and the value of the securities.

A number of big banks, including Goldman, JPMorgan, Bank of America and Citigroup, have been accused of abuses in sales of securities linked to mortgages. Many of those banks have either paid settlements or struck deals to make settlements ranging into the billions of dollars.

comment:

Hank Paulson ran Goldman Sachs during those years didn't he? So the Treasury Secretary of the USA, Who placed fannie and freddie in Government Bondage, was responsible for Fraud according to this write up and the FHFA, who is suing GS for Fannie and Freddie benefit. Fraud was rampant in 2006,2007 and Hank Paulson seems to be the guy in charge of both the FOXS and the HENS. WOW!!!!
